Mr. Hai has had a lot of experience due to many years of working at International Centre of Scientific and Technical Information (ICSTI), Moscow, Russia and MASAN Corporation (Russia). He is currently the Chairman of the Board, the co-founder of Egame, JSC. Besides, he is also a chairman of the board of IDT International JSC. and the co-founders of other companies. Mr. Hai successfully fulfilled his doctoral thesis at Belarusian State University (Minsk, old Soviet) in 1994.

Mr. Thuy has a passion for educational development and has worked in education for many years. He is one of the two fathers of the idea of online games for university examination preparation – the previous version of Egame today. Before setting up Egame, Mr Thuy had taken over many important positions such as one of the founders of IDT International JSC., V&V JSC. and other companies.

As an expert in IT and game development in Vietnam, who is deeply passionate for technology, Mr. Khoa has had over 10 years of experience in the field of software research and development generally and games particularly. Being one of the pioneers in game production, he set up the first game production studio in Vietnam with the project of developing online financial education game Dai Phu Hao. He is also the founder of Steam VN game development Team which has achieved VietGame awards in three consecutive years. He is currently the Vice General Director and the Chief Manager of Egame Studio in HCM City.
